How does it work
My practice blends ancient wisdom of meditation with the modern techniques of EMDR and TRE. After many years of deep meditation and training for EMDR and trauma therapy, I have found the blending of the two gives the best results. Mindfulness, Poly-Vagal Theory, and evidence-based therapeutic treatments all come together to calm and reset the nervous system and discharge past traumas. These techniques work for both PTSD and C-PTSD.
