Anxiety

Worry, panic or tension that gets in the way of work, sleep or relationships, including anxiety that grows out of older experiences. Counselling for anxiety

Depression

Low mood, tiredness or loss of interest that does not lift, and the stories of failure that often come with it. Counselling for depression

Life Transitions

A move, a new role, a loss, the end of a relationship or a new stage of life, including adjusting to life in a new country. Counselling for life transitions

Couples and Relationships

Repeated conflict, growing distance or a breach of trust, worked on together or on your own. Couples and relationship counselling
